QA inspection of concrete formwork systems and components to ensure that they are assembled according to design and company specifications, and to ensure that they will work as designed. I also teach the construction workers about the system and it's assembly requirements, helping educate the workers who install the system to reduce the amount of mistakes made during installation. I perform some light calculations to analyze field solutions and their feasibility. Part of my field duties is also recognizing and addressing any issues or conflicts with our design in the field, and finding a solution to any problem that may arise. I also design and revise placement designs in AutoCAD for field use.I am also responsible for creating and maintaining any tracking/logging systems using Microsoft Office products such as Excel and Access. These are usually full featured systems with full custom macro coding done to ensure the quickest and most efficient methods of data tracking and analysis.
