I have spent the last decade in the Security SaaS (Software as a Service) industry, working my way up from Support, to Database Admin, to IT Manager, to VP of Technology, to CTO. I have seen every facet of what it takes on the tech side to make an organization tick and I am also intimately aware of how to help employees and customers. I know how tedious it is to work as a member of the Support team with bad processes in place. I know what it's like to manage a non-relational database with massive amounts of data migration every day and all of the tedium that comes along with it. I know what it's like to adapt and change agile methodologies, team members, and scope in the middle of a development sprint. And I know what it's like to be an end-user that just wants to do their job, but who is plagued with a buggy application that makes them want to throw their phone out the car window. I don't want to ever experience any of those things ever again, and I don't want anyone I know to deal with it either. At AccountAbility Global, we concentrate on doing good, instead of just on turning a profit.
