- Coordinate and execute large-scale, campus-wide events by and for the queer and trans community during pivotal moments of the college timeline including move-in, the end of the fall semester, and graduation.- Collaborate with campus and community partners to further queer and trans justice initiatives on campus.- Design, schedule, and manage unique and effective digital marketing for an online audience of over 1,800 followers.- Supervise and mentor one undergraduate intern and three undergraduate student workers in the planning processes of Prism Center key events and re-strategizing of internal procedures.- Develop and facilitate training sessions for student leaders and campus partners to discuss and share current best practices for supporting queer and trans students on and off campus as pertinent to individual roles and work.

- Formulate working plan for 2020-2021 Academic Year programming efforts including timeline of events, designation of committee members, and content mapping - Manage social media efforts on Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and YouTube for events overseen with emphasis on accessibility and engagement - Lead introductory presentations on LGBTQ+ representation, focusing on vocabulary, history, and contemporary experiences, to campus partners in both academic and student affairs - Design accessible programming intended to foster social spaces for community building during a pandemic amongst LGBTQ+ community members and allies on a campus of approximately 69,000 students - Promote collaborative work environment through conducting interactive team and committee meetings

- Supervise and mentor a staff of 8 Resident Advisors through conducting weekly staff meetings, planning and implementing staff development exercises, coordinating staff evaluations at the end of each semester.- Strengthen partnerships with campus collaborators for in-building Living, Learning Communities, University Honors Housing, through weekly meetings and combined programming efforts- Support the emotional and physical health of students during the Covid-19 Pandemic through the enforcing of campus mask policies, management of on campus isolation spaces, and facilitating Students of Concern conversations- Participate in a half-campus duty rotation serving approximately 5,000 students and 10 residence halls providing 24-hour crisis response- Advise the Residence Hall Community Council through facilitation of executive elections, assisting in the developing of hall-wide programs and manage a budget of approximately $1,100

- Provide exceptional customer service through processing room changes, answering general questions regarding NMU, and delivering mail in a time-efficient manner - Uphold security and safety measures for 600 students through completion of monthly key audits, sorting of mail and confidential packages, and working with Buildings and Grounds Services to regulate building upkeep - Streamline use of common spaces through systematizing of reservations of equipment, contacting hosts regarding requests, and organizing room requests
