I am currently a 9-1-1 field technician. Area of responsibility includes maintenance and upkeep of 8 PSAPs for the 7 counties in Alamo Area Council of Governments (AACOG) and 1 PSAP in 1 county in the Medina County 9-1-1 District (MC9D). Prior to being a field technician, I wore the headset as a 9-1-1 operator for over 7 years at Brownwood Police Department, along with being a firefighter for the City of Early. Public safety is my passion and I wish to grow my knowledge and experience in the field.
