  I run our Seller side community with one other person for our West Omaha, Fremont and Lincoln offices, conducting contact with people selling their home, clearing liens, mortgage payoffs, dealing with personal information, and creating relations to facilitate transaction of selling their property. I am also involved in answering questions and building relations with our Real-estate Agents at our building. On top of that, i do our Closings for our West Community. This would include presenting and explaining Loan documents for new buyers to purchase their home and having them sign legal documents. I would then acquire the money from said buyers, make sure all signatures are on par with the Banks standards and then send wires/Sign checks to get proceeds back to the sellers of the home.
