• Responsible for developing the market entry strategy for the Tetley brand in the CIS – with particular emphasis on Kazakhstan
• Formulation of independent marketing strategy maintaining synergy with the global brand identity/personality.
• Formulation and implementation of creative strategy in liaison with overseas advertising agency.
• Development of creative / advertising collateral including production of advertisement film, Point of Purchase and other publicity material.
• International co-ordination of logistics for timely delivery of all promotional collateral.
