Hello! All right? I am a foreign trade professional with solid experience in international logistics, customs clearance and international finance. I started my career working with international road transport and, later, working in the foreign trade department of large industry. In sequence, I had the opportunity to work with international shipping carrying out and knowing the routines of a cargo agency. After these experiences, I had the opportunity to work at the Foreign Trade Management (GECEX) of Banco do Brasil, my great foreign trade school, for about 14 years. There I performed relevant functions in the organizational structure. I acted as manager of the foreign trade consultancy services, manager of the foreign exchange bureau and international business manager seeking, in addition to making the bank's operations profitable, to promote the export culture within the companies. It was through Banco do Brasil that I also started my teaching career, having initially worked as an instructor in the foreign trade courses at Banco do Brasil and also having the opportunity to create and update training within the Corporate University of Banco do Brasil in Brasilia for several occasions. From this experience, opportunities arose to work in universities, always focusing on foreign trade. The first was at ULBRA, where I taught for about 5 years, having later worked at FTEC for 1 year and, finally, at PUCRS where I have taught for more than 8 years disciplines related to international finance and foreign trade operations. While still working at Banco do Brasil, I received an invitation to coordinate a foreign trade department in the footwear industry of Rio Grande do Sul. Here my activities began in the private sphere. Soon after, I had the opportunity to act as Commercial Director at a foreign exchange broker in Porto Alegre, competitor of the brokerage where I work at the moment. Today, I am a commercial managing partner at EXIM Corretora de Câmbio Ltda. I am fluent in English and Spanish and I love to communicate with other people.
