Reporting directly to the Cluster VP Operation, oversee all financial matters for the AMEA Region, responsible for maximising the Cluster's properties profits and planning for its growth. The role also includes analysing data and advising top executives on ways to use that information to make strategic decisions. Hands-on approach to all aspects of finance's affairs, compliance with the specific accounting principles of the hospitality industry, tax regulations and keeping a close and strategic relationship with ownership.

Managing ongoing hotels profitability, ensuring Top Line Revenue and guest satisfaction targets are met and exceeded; advice in all key property’s issues including capital projects, customer service, financial and refurbishment; support hotel's operation to deliver achievable budgets and forecasts, overseeing the preparation of all financial reporting and set other short- and long- term strategic goals for the properties; ensure all Corporate programs are exploded and implemented across the Region; develop talent pool of Managers and Directors within the Finance departments of the Region; create economies of scale to improve profitability, monitor and measure Hotel's KPIs on a regular basis; provide effective leadership to hotel management teams; lead all aspects of business planning and developing; secure that hotels comply and exceed Banyan Tree Hotels & Resorts Service Standards in all aspects; ensure costs are controlled, revenue opportunities are effectively sourced and margins are delivered and well protected; nurturing a culture of accountability that spreads across the Cluster; hold regular briefings and communication meetings with the Corporate Office's Senior Management team; establish and develop relations with Owning companies, external partners and stakeholders.
