The Educational Talent Search (ETS) program has been helping low-income and potential first-generation students successfully graduate from secondary school and enroll in post-secondary education since 1977.-Empower low SES and first-generation college students enroll in post-secondary education -Effectively provided college readiness support which included academic advising, postsecondary exploration, college entrance and financial aid application assistance (FAFSA/ CADAA), scholarship advising, tutoring support and resources for 9-12th grades both in person and virtually-Effectively communicate with teachers, counselors, parents, and other school staff to support student success-Collect, organize, and store confidential student records and information ethically and efficiently-Proactively recruit and encourage student enrollment through classroom presentations-Assist with ETS staff training regarding college entrance exams to fellow staff members

● Adapt quickly to a variety of subjects, grade levels and teaching styles to present information effectively to students without interrupting the lesson plan schedule● Communicate effectively with teachers, counselors and parents to determine the best way to present information for individual class needs● Address any student behavioral problems, calming disruptive students and escalating to principal as needed● Supervise tests, quizzes and in-class projects, maintaining a quiet and focused environment
