HAIER Europe Food Trends Project in partner with IED Istituto Europeo di Design A out of the box co-creative process focused on Consumer Behaviors and Food Preparation Trends.My role is to:- coordinating the Creative Team activities;- lead the students in the right direction through design thinking;- coordinating the relationship between the Creative Team and Project Manager team, acting as aFILTER to ease the communications.The project consists in designing a co-creation path aimed at investigating new food trends and rituals across the countries of France, UK, Italy and Germany with a focus on “Breakfast & beyond”in order to identify new emerging market opportunities in collaboration with HAIER Europe.
