The job involved evaluating online advertisements in order to improve their content, quality and layout; provide feedback and analysis on advertisements found in search engine results and provide ratings on their relevance to the search term used.

Lead the creative team with the objective to create and deliver compelling brand partnership projects (spots, vignettes and other formats) that respond to advertisers brief and needs. Manage all creative workflow phases, from conceptualizing to writing, editing,producing and/or shooting, assuring key deadlines and budget expectations are met. Manage and utilise Microsoft Excel to collect, extract, transform, and aggregate operational data. Ensure all marketing materials reflect positioning and ensure consistent brand messages are met. Evaluate all marketing activities on effectiveness and ROI. Provide ad sales team with all necessary marketing support including special events, premiums and presentations etc. Play a key role in the budgeting process.

Meet clients to discuss and identify their advertising requirements. Work with agency colleagues to devise an advertising campaign that meets the client's brief and budget. Support the account manager in presenting the campaign ideas and budget to the client. Work with the account manager to brief media, creative and research staff, and assisting with the formulation of marketing strategies. Liaise with, and act as the link between, the client and advertising agency by maintaining regular contact with both, ensuring that communication flows effectively. Negotiate with clients and agency staff about the details of campaigns. Present creative work to clients for approval or modification. Handle budgets, managing campaign costs and invoicing clients. Write client reports. Arrange and attending meetings.
