-Provide 1-1 ESL lessons in a private setting to companies, individual professionals, middle school through university students-Teach a wide range of proficiency levels from Elementary through Advanced (A.2-C.1)-Provide customized lessons in accord with personal needs and requirments stipulated between myself and my students-Provide lessons with the objective to improve all language skills-Provide consistent feedback and evaluations to monitor progress in all areas

-Teach ESL courses at LUISS - Libera Universitá Internazionale degli Studi Sociali Guido Carli-Teach ESL courses at LUMSA - Libera Universitá Maria SS Assunta-Teach a wide range of proficiency levels from Pre-intermediate through Advanced (BI.2-C1.1)-Provide lessons in accord with requirments stipulated between Trinity School and the accademia they serve-Plan lessons which include exercises and activities to strengthen grammar, vocabulary, listening, speaking, pronunciation and reading skills based on the assigned cirriculum-Monitor and document the progress of each student on a daily basis-Maintain regular communication with Trinity admin-Share ideas and lesson plans amongst Trinity staff-Utilize the various resources provided by Trinity and client respectively including Moodle-Administer/correct exams and provide feedback to each student during final week of the courses-Fill out and return all necessary paper work to Trinity School on a timely basis

-Provide training in surf/aqua therapy for priate 1:1 or small group 1:2 instructor-student ratios-Instruct clientele with special needs such as ADD/ADHD, Developmental Disorders, Recovery/Sobriety, P.T.S.D., etc.-Incorporate a blend of methods and theories to practice social skills, learn stress management techniques, increase gross motor skills, increase executive functioning skills, muscle tone and spatial awareness-Recovery Through Surfing program working to motivate individuals in recover/sobriety to have a positive impact, self-empower, and improve overall level of mental, physical, emotional well-being-Training includes creative instruction in fundamentals of surfing i.e. water/beach safety, endurance and core conditioning, form/technique building for all skill levels, etc.-Other duties include transportation of equipment when needed, set up for instruction at designated beach, maintain water/beach safety standards, pack up, work in conjunction with staff on duty
