Grand Opening budget was $300,000.Managed an ongoing marketing budget of $1.3M designed to position The Village at Allen and The Village at Fairview as the regional shopping, dining and entertainment venue in Collin County.Wrote a comprehensive marketing plan which outlines measureable goals, strategies and tactics for each plan objective.Developed and implemented events and promotions designed to drive traffic and sales to the shopping centers.
