As an integral part of the team, we aim to bring many redundant or underuse heritage structures back into active use for the benefit of the community with the local community. To provide training, education and field of study within the heritage sector. Responsible for the day-to-day administration of the SCT. This includes managing the delivery of the projects, working with partners, organising volunteers, participants and external providers to deliver the project’s objectives and outputs. Work with the Chief Executive and Directors on grant applications, fund-raising and sponsorship and reporting to funding organisations. Also, working with the marketing lead including external consultants and the education lead to market and publicise SCT and its programme of activities.Looking forward to being part of a dynamic team and successful 2024 and beyond!

I'm back publishing books! After several years developing other skills and community interests, I have returned to Tricorn Books, a company I co-founded some 15 years ago. Tricorn Books is an independent, Hampshire-based book publisher and printing company. We may be small in size, but we pack a punch when it comes to our work! At Tricorn, we know what it takes to transform a finished draft into a book that’s ready for market. Our expertise in book publishing and printing has helped us work with some high-profile and demanding clients including The Household Cavalry Mounted Regiment, Alex Thomson Racing and Hugo Boss. We utilise that experience and expertise in our work with regional authors on their memoirs and local history; writers of fiction, fantasy and children's books; poets, artists and photographers, as well as more academic and technical works. With experience in client support, marketing, design and publishing, I have hands on involvement in all the publishing and marketing services on offer, from front & back cover design, internal layouts & design, to ebooks and marketing communications.Tricorn has published over 380 titles to date; not too shoddy an achievement!

My work at Food Portsmouth is to develop a rolling public engagement programme on healthy and sustainable food, focusing on community food engagement throughout the city. FoodCycle Portsmouth repurposes surplus food donated from supermarkets to make fresh and healthy community meals.

Run all aspects of publishing company that specialises in self publishing. Includes copy evaluation, design, production, print management, client support, marketing, new business and finance. I have hands on involvement in all the publishing and marketing services we offer - from front & back cover design, using Adobe Creative Suite for internal layouts & design, to ebooks and marketing communications. Working closely with our sister company, 131 Design, specialists in graphic design & photography enables us to support publications and authors, and also means I am involved with a mix of marketing collateral, events & personalised photography. Tricorn have published well over 150 books to date working with a broad mix of individuals & organisations from the world famous Household Mounted Cavalry, to polar explorer Alex Hibbert, to autistic writer Bill Furlong, to literally the girl next door, a 9-year-old school girl, Daniella Clinton.

Established 131 Design to supply graphic design and photography for print and other applications, this includes websites, social media, exhibitions, film, teaching workshops and PR. I run all aspects of this business and Tricorn Books, working with three others.
