There is no other career which could give me the opportunity to touch the future as much as education. My current interests and specialties are in the area of administration, guidance, graduation coaching, and instructional best practices. I support school improvement through teacher growth and professional development, grant writing and administration, school climate, alternative discipline, coaching and counseling, project based learning, and differentiated instruction.It's my goal to lead by example in thought, word, and deed, to aim high, to encourage others, and to steer our school and division towards success through research and data driven best practices. There are tough problems to solve in education. I intend to be part of the solution rather than part of the problem.
