As a health & wellness coaching business owner, I have over three years of experience in helping clients achieve their personal and professional goals, improve well-being, and overcome challenges. I specialize in working with LGBTQIA+ individuals and communities in reclaiming identity, belonging and thriving and center clients own unique life stories and wisdom on the path toward wellness.I am a National Board-Certified Health and Wellness Coach, certified Personal Trainer, certified Cognitive Behavioral Life Coach, and Life Story Coach. My prior professional training and experience in school psychology has given me a strong background in behavioral health, with skills in evidence-based behavior change, counseling, team collaboration, assessment, and client progress monitoring. In addition to my own coaching business, I also currently work as a life coach at And Still We Rise, LLC, a clinical, consulting and life coaching group practice that empowers BIPOC & LGBTIQIA+ communities to thrive. My mission as a coach is to inspire and support my clients in discovering and aligning with their strengths, values, purpose and identities and create intentional communities that are life-giving. I am passionate about LGBTQIA+ advocacy, BIPOC and intersectional allyship, and promoting diversity, equity, inclusion and belonging in the coaching field.
