Her experience includes organizational program and fund development. Throughout her career, Gail has held positions at Mountain T.O.P. Ministries, LEAMIS International Ministries, and Animal Harbor (Franklin County Humane Society). Gail also has experience in small business management and ownership and owned and operated Lorena’s Café and Catering from 2006–2012. Gail served at The Next Door, Inc., from 2015-2019, an inpatient residential treatment program for women recovering from addiction and crisis (https://thenextdoor.orgGail’s outreach and service has centered around the underserved, marginalized, and poverty-stricken populations. Geographical areas include the Cumberland Mountains and foothills of Tennessee, Nashville Tennessee, Central America, and Kenya Africa. Gail also has spent time in West Africa, Myanmar (on the Asian continent), and in Eastern/Western Europe. Gail thrives in innovative and creative environments; enjoys collaborative work. She excels in interpersonal relationships, communication, group facilitation, teamwork, leadership, and conflict resolution.
