I held a District Manager position for 5 years with Lifetouch, supervising 14 portrait studio locations within this time period. I also dual managed 2 portrait studios for a year. I managed a high volume Portrait Studio for over 17 years successfully. I was responsible for all aspects of managerial tasks; interviewing, hiring, training, scheduling, motivating, payroll management, photographing and sales.
