Champion strategic planning, continuous process improvement, and enterprise-level projects for the OhioHealth Physician Group (OPG)—comprised of 1,500+ providers and APPs across 50+ specialties and 500+ locations—leveraging technology, operations, and business acumen to lead full lifecycle system initiatives, expansions, and acquisitions. Became EPIC Certified and transitioned into the IT arena to build Ambulatory and Inpatient platforms in support of EMR implementations, collaborating with program administrators and clinicians to map workflows, identify challenges, and optimize processes and procedures.
