The last three years have been a whirlwind of activity setting up our new business (T & G Training). This involved registration with several new awarding bodies and the huge amount of administrative effort that goes with this including setting up new admin systems, internal verification and quality monitoring processes to meet the standards required. Along the way I have reconnected with former customers and forged many new working relationships with some great companies throughout the Northeast and beyond. On a personal note I have now completed my PTLLS and am now registered as a tutor with our awarding bodies, this was a big step but as I have been in the training and development business for the past 14 years I felt it was about time that I had a teaching qualification which means I can now support our training team both in and out of the classroom. Moving forward it is my intention to expand the business into new markets whilst still providing the great service that I am well known for.
