Strategic Planning - Planned, researched and developed implementations of strategic goals, missions, and organizational change. Member of the Human Service IT Strategic Planning Team and Emergency Management Planning Team.Project Management – IT Manager for the Department of Family Services. Developed strategic business and information system plans that addressed business changes and the development, enhancements, and integration of computer systems. Ensured compliance with federal and state regulations.
