• Following the S&N Board’s recommendation of Heineken & Carlsberg’s joint bid to buy the Company, I was appointed to lead the effective integration of S&N businesses into both Consortium partners.• Primary responsibilities include securing S&N resources across multiple work streams, controlling the flow of information during the deal approval process, identifying and validating cost and revenue synergies and providing direction and support for S&N Head Office senior management and Country MD’s.• I also represent S&N on a wide range of integration issues, via informal day-to-day interactions and more formal project meetings, work stream meetings and Steering Group meetings at CEO level.
