Provided writing, editing and other communication support for various University Advancement departments in an effort to provide donor recognition and seek funding in support of campus development priorities.Managed all campaign communications, marketing and promotions relating to a $50-million fund-raising campaign to support the building of a new hospital at UCI Medical Center’s campus in Orange.

Served as official spokesperson and communicator for the college by directing all media and public relations activities, creating and implementing marketing projects, producing and distributing major college publications and promoting programs and services through advertising and special events in order to recruit students, increase community awareness and enhance Coastline's image to internal and external audiences. Conducted customer service and media relations training for district employees. Supervised the Graphics and Publications Department and managed the college Web site. Chaired the college Marketing and Recruitment Committee (which is responsible for creating and implementing an annual strategic marketing plan). Served as executive director for the college Foundation, supervising all private gift support activities.
