Oversee Information Technology/ Security, Infrastructure, and Technology Services, including but not limited to telecommunications, network services, enterprise applications, project management, and help desk. In alliance with the AVP for Academic Technology/Chief Academic Technology Officer (CATO), Application Technology Support, and Classroom Technology Support. Devise and implement policies, practices, and strategic business decisions regarding the development and integration of information technology resources and services. Serve as a University Information Resources Manager for the State Department of Information Resources and Legislative Budget Board; primary contact for the Texas A&M University System Chief Information Officer. Advise the university on evolving technology trends and directions related to higher education by creating and leading the implementation of campus policies, standards, and procedures.

• Implement and manage the protocols of the Universities Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems and related applications.
