Working with our community fundraising department and liaising with our 55 Peer Support Groups around Victoria.

Responsibilities include:• Support two offices (Malvern & Southbank) of 84 staff members• Manage all International and domestic consignments• Customer liaison for collections of outstanding accounts• Receipting & updating customer accounts• Managing relationships and problem resolution for customers• Administer domestic/overseas travel and accommodation arrangements for executive staff• Company event organiser – oversee, organise and cater all company events• Data editor of Daily Corporate action entries for in-house financial system• Responsible for the efficient operation of all office equipment, copiers, fax, printers, together with all stationery requirements for both offices.• The main contact to staff, clients, guests and trades people who visit the offices both as meet and greet, and telephone duties• Office qualified first aider Level 2 CPR skills

• Organising travel, visas and accommodation for MD• Keeping MD’s diary up to date• Data management and filing• Call screening and enquiries when appropriate• Liaising with clients, vendors and other staff members on behalf of MD• Carrying out specific projects and research• Organise customer visits to site• Company event organiser
