Perry Venue Holdings, LLC, is an emerging venue company whose owners and investors are largely the intricate backbone in every phase of their projects. PVH operations expand from land/building acquisition to property buildout and/or development and is inclusive of venue management. Currently we are developing the raw land purchase of 33 acres in the Great Smoky Mountains and building a uniquely themed, strategically located event venue in a spectacular world targeted location.  Our primary clients desire the premium event in an incomparable panoramic location. Event opportunities are inclusive of full service weddings, corporate events and will phase into VRBO and AirBNB hospitality in the near future.
