I also help clients understand how hormones affect weight loss as well as refining nutrition and exercise programs.Because of my own experiences with unexplained weight gain and fatigue, I intuitively had to know more than what I was being told according to what normal blood tests indicate. Because I needed more information and results other than what blood work and specialists were aware of, I acquired further education through reading, research and college education in the field of health, nutrition and fitness. I passionately guide my clients in understanding why the basics of quality nutrition and exercise are critical factors in all weight lose efforts, however the hormonal component is also a key factor.
