I have over 20 years of experience in overseeing urgent care operations, performance and business development. I have served as a Regional Director of Operations, a Vice President of Business Development and a Practice Line Director for a large national multi-specialty organization growing and overseeing outpatient medicine practices for hospitals, health systems and medical groups. I believe that the best patient care is delivered by teams who understand and share a common vision that puts the patient in the center of everything they do. I have particular expertise in identifying and mentoring Medical Directors to lead those teams. Having leaders with a thorough knowledge of clinic finances, levers to enhance productivity and incentivize staff and the key components to maximize both patient and staff satisfaction leads to consistent clinic success. I also believe in leading by example and continue to work clinically. I do this for two reasons. The first is that I love taking care of patients and being able to address their acute care concerns. I also believe that the best way to really understand how my clinics function and what my providers and their patients experience on a day to day basis is to be there alongside them.I am currently looking for new opportunities to help other organizations achieve their strategic goals in the urgent care space.
