Diamond Hotel is one of the 5 star hotels located in the business district of Manila. As Outlet Supervisor, was directly responsible for operations of the 3 outlets in the hotel, managing 8 restaurant staff. Exceeded monthly sales records for 2 months in a row for both the Palm Court Bar and the Poolside Bar, consistently maintained the highest sales of the cocktail of the month, and launched the highly successful Wine Buffet for the Palm Court Bar.
