Administrative Assistant to the Director of Logistics and Support Services. There are 800+ staff members in the department. Environmental Services, Patient Equipment, Patient Transportation, and Entrance Services. My position in the department consists of supporting 35+ managers, handling confidential items, scheduling meetings, both internal and external, calendaring, medical billing, ordering supplies, scheduling training, rooms, food, supplies, creating and distributing a quarterly newsletter for the department, scheduling clinics, updating human resource files, training new administrative staff.

Support the Service Chief, Director of Children's Emergency Services, Associate Chair of Clinical Operations (ACCO), Office of Clinical Affairs (OCA) faculty, and faculty within the division of Children's Emergency Services at the Mott Children's Hospital at the University of Michigan Ann Arbor.

Secretarial and administrative support for two faculty members in Internal Medicine at the University of Michigan. Dr Anna Lok is the Associate Chair of Clinical Research in Hepatology, a Professor of Hepatology and Director of Clinical Hepatology, and Dr Richard Simon is an Associate Chair of Internal Medicine Faculty Affairs and a Professor of Pulmonary.
