As a Salesforce Administrator at Nesta, a global innovation foundation, I leveraged my Salesforce Certified Administrator (SCA) credential and Trailhead Ranger status to set up, customize, and optimize Salesforce for the organisation's diverse needs. I volunteer as a Salesforce Admin for NKS, a charity that supports women and children from ethnic minority backgrounds.
