I was born in beautiful Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada and raised in Toronto, Ontario, thefinancial hub of the country but not terribly beautiful in comparison. It has been my home eversince, where I married and raised our family.I’m passionate about and motivated to help people, either personally or professionally. It’s my “Why” for being an Essential Life Coach, where I get to empower clients to rediscover their life’s joy.I have a positive outlook on life, no matter what. I love to laugh. I believe laughter is great medicine. I have used it successfully even in my darkest hours. I have discovered as humans, we are all the same when it comes to happiness. Everyone wants and deserves to have joy in their lives…that is also the reason for my ‘part-time gig’ as a Wedding Officiant. I have yet to encounter a joyless bride or groom.I love continually learning about how people tick. I love to travel and discover different cultures. I enjoygetting lost in good books, binging on a series, going to live theatre or the movies. I can’t imagine life without a dog. Our Portuguese Water Dog ‘Keeper’ is my personal life coach. My life is also blessed with my loving husband, awesome son and daughter-in-law, four amazing grandchildren, many incredible friends, my amazing clients as well as all the future clients I haven’t helped yet!As a Life Coach I work within the mantra of an Albert Einstein quote who once said, “Life is not about who you once were…it’s about who you are now and who you have the potential to be.”
