I partner with clients and internal team members to implement ADP Major Account workforce management solutions. My team ensures client satisfaction and retention through timely and successful installation and conversion of HR product solutions. I am responsible for all accrual and portal customization programming for new and existing accounts; and by using my project management skills, I am responsible for educating my clients on our services and systems to ensure a quality implementation experience that meets our mutual deadlines.
