Providing 7/24, 3rd level support of all in-store systems and interface to host applications. • Create and manage project timelines and schedules for all software changes, working closely with the many development teams and vendors to coordinate their application changes to meet business deliverables. • Providing guidance to the business to determine solutions for their specific needs, including restaurant, bridal, pharmacy, licensee and specialty shops, such as “tent” stores for the launch of Olympics and Top Shops.• Managed a $50 million technology upgrade across all stores to bring the various diversified technology standards to banner specific platforms for POS, PC and Network to provide for future application enhancements and PCI compliance. • Brought inventory management and equipment preparation in-house which greatly improved our delivery times for deploying devices to stores and saves the company $200k annually compared to the vendor provided services. • Two year project to implement new technology into the 178 Fields stores across Canada providing their first access to online and wireless services. Completion was the turnover of stores and systems to a new startup company and completion of year end processing and decommission of Fields host services.• Upgraded the In-Store Networks (LAN and WiFi) of all Canadian Stores and Lord & Taylor in the U.S.
