Responsible for the digital strategy of all NEC Group brands including the NEC, LG Arena, the ICC, the NIA, The Ticket Factory and Amadeus. Leading a team that delivers and executes digital strategies for a wide range of entertainment, sport and live events.

Responsible for all aspects of online marketing including:- ecommerce website strategy : improving the customer journey and conversion rates- search engine optimisation & pay-per-click activity : gaining and then maintaining strong positions for relevant key words- email strategy : regular communications to build relationships with customers- affiliate marketing : driving online sales via affiliates- online advertising : targetted activity to raise brand awareness and drive sales- analysis and evaluation : using data and analysis tools to make informed decisions. - budget and team management : responsible for a small inhouse team, management of external agencies and all budgets relating to online.

Delivered online and direct to consumer marketing activity for the UK's biggest lager brand - Carling. Day to day management of the website, SEO/PPC activity, e:mail communications (inc. brand, football (Carling Cup) and Music (Carling Weekend, Carling Academy etc)). Also responsible for the Carling direct mail programme. Management of a small team, a number of external agencies and online budgets.

Initiated and ran below the line campaigns consisting of direct mail, customer incentives, sales force rewards, web promotions and outbound telemarketing. Design and delivery of promotional material such as posters, literature, flyers and promotional gifts within campaigns to support sales. Successful product launches into both B2B and B2C market place.
