The underlying premise in all the work I do is best captured by the Anna Quindlen quote, "If your success is not on your terms, if it looks good to the world but does not feel good in your heart, then it is not success at all." My challenge to all of my clients, is to consider what might open up when you lead from proactive vision, rather than from situational response.
