• Lead the development and implementation of a new customer return software program and automated many redundant processes of manual data entry over several different programs and over multiple departments. This project included design of all user interfaces, output forms and reports, employee training and user instructions. The program reduces the time it takes to create large restock type returns, reduced paper waste, created a means to accurately select from sales history actual invoice cost for credit basis and reduced staffing requirements for receiving customer returns by 50%. • Lead the development and implementation of program that automates the manual process of crediting of customer returns. This program created a means to review invoices selected for credit value against credit memo database it identify if invoice received a price adjustment to ensure customer will not receive credit that is greater than the actual net selling cost. In the first year we realized nearly $100K in savings by eliminating the over crediting due to price error adjustments. 97% time savings to process large restock return credits. As well as, creating data entry accuracy by automating what was, user calculated input for restock fees, user entered credit reason codes, referencing invoice number, and return authorization data.• Full ownership of developed programs, which includes verifying programs are running as expected, verifying with output reports system is correctly collecting data and identify areas for continuous program improvements based on user feedback.• Create cross-functional focus teams, in instances with tight timelines to ensure project meet deadlines.• Generate queries based on stakeholder requirements.• Facilitate system modifications to user input programs to aid in collecting better data.
