Since 1990 I have been centered in the Malibu community, selling homes, developing projects for myself and my clients, and keeping up with the "confidential" deals that happen out here. My partner, Joshua Spiegel, who is also my son, has joined with an expertise in development. His background in commercial and resort development serves our partnership very well.We are also launching a permit consulting and expediting business, here in Malibu. Ours years of relationships at the City of Malibu, will serve our client needs. Whether our clients want an addition to their current home, or a new build, we get the permits to get the job done!!
