o As the CEO my position was to assist in the long-term stabilization and development of the Oberlin community by coordinating and mobilizing affordable housing, economic empowerment and educational enrichment resources to the overall community within Lorain County. o Within six months I was successful in turning around a dying organization. We experienced immediate growth of the organization.
