I addressed diversity in marketing and crisis communications. Social Media/Web Management - I created and managed three IRS YouTube channels (English, Spanish, and American Sign Language) and supervised the setup of the IRS Facebook page, reviewed Twitter policy and developed QR code policy. For IRS.gov, I established keywords policy, business rules and style guides. I managed coordination of content on the home page and I co-chaired a group that addressed web governance issues. Business Results - I achieved significant cost savings of over $2.3 million by bringing all educational marketing in-house, changing our distribution methods, and reviewing the need for programs that were costly.
