I knew my life’s work from the time I was 19 years old and in undergraduate school. At 19 I began noticing how often miscommunication and misunderstanding occurred between people and how serious the consequences could be. I decided that I had to do something to help to repair that, so I majored in psychology and became a psychotherapist. In that role, I was able to help couples, families and individuals to communicate better, but I wanted to do this work on a larger scale. That led me to become an executive coach and facilitator and bring my work to the businesses world. My work centers around cultivating conscious leaders who model effective communication and have a positive ripple effect throughout the organization. I define conscious leaders as leaders who are on a journey of self-awareness, are values-driven and champion an inclusive workplace culture. I am grateful that I was able to keep the promise I made to myself at age 19 and that I am able to fully live my life's purpose in the work that I do. Here's a little bit about what you can expect if you work with me:As an executive coach I will help you to get results through authentic, values-based leadership, influencing effectively and developing strong workplace relationships.
