At Ease USA has partnered with Creighton University on clinical trials and research studies to bring new technology to help people address and reduce symptomology related to traumatic life events. We support agencies and providers with the skills and tools they need to provide the best and most effective treatment to clients in the Omaha community as well as in rural towns outside of Omaha. No one should ever suffer due to the lack of resources or access to services.

In practice, we will work together to challenge and change thought patterns and behaviors, develop new ones, and bring a fresh perspective and focus to life's journey. Evidenced-based practices and strategies are used to help navigate through these challenges and develop alternative methods for long term success. Although I have been delivering services to individuals and families throughout my 20 year career at other organizations, it was a natural transition to build a private practice with amazing quality therapists. We all enjoy working with adults, adolescents, couples, and families. All of our therapists and trainers have extensive training and qualifications, but equally important, I trust them...they are people of integrity, love, and compassion. I am also a veteran trainer and speaker. I have developed and delivered training curriculum related to emotional health, overcoming domestic violence, parenting teens, developing healthy relationships, (transformational) leadership, and more.

Operate and manage a for profit company designed to address mental and behavioral health issues of young children and families. We provide Specialized Day Service Programming for children ages 18 months- 8 years old. We also provide outpatient individual and family therapy, as well as external training and workshops. Although we specialize in the area of early childhood issues, we have quality therapists with training and background in working with teens, marriage and family, and many other challenges that life presents.

Effective and experienced administrator with 9 years of management and supervision of residential programs for at-risk teens and adolescents. Starting initially in 1997 as live-in Family-Teachers, my husband and I were directly responsible for the care and behavior change of over 50 young people (within a six year period) through the implementation of behavior modification and modeling core values . After six years of direct care, a move into management was inevitable in order of affect and influence more children and families by directing others how to do so effectively; and with passion and high quality service delivery. As a Clinical Director, some of my responsibilities were as follows: Directed and supervised a team of Clinical staff who were responsible for overseeing the treatment for more than 128 youth annually; many youth presenting at-risk behaviors and mental health needs. Managed Clinical and Administrative staff as well as overseeing the management of approximately 60 live-in and other direct care staff. Was responsible for managing over $2.5 M budget. I was actively involved in child welfare reform and juvenile justice system issues, helping the organization adapt and prepare for the change; from strategic planning to execution. Other skills include: staff development, training and evaluation, public speaking, program development, risk management, budgeting, and community/public relations.
