Gail Hernly serves as CFO of Tek Pak, Inc., Batavia, IL. In this role she oversees Finance, Human Resources, and Purchasing. Gail has 30 plus years’ of progressively responsible experience in manufacturing with 25 of that in the thermoforming industry. She received her Bachelor’s in Accounting from Lewis University, Romeoville. IL. She is a proud Alumni of Alpha Kappa Psi Fraternity, Zeta Psi, 1976, she was one of the first female pledges of this 110+ year old business fraternity. Philanthropy is a passion outside of work, currently her service is focused through: • Chicago Foundation for Women - Western Suburbs Giving Circle• Mutual Ground, Board Member• NIFB Executive Women's Council • 100+ Women Who Care - Oswego, Montgomery, Yorkville Gail also serves on the board for Valley Industrial Association (VIA) - a regional trade association providing strategic resources, educational and networking opportunities for local manufactures to meet and exceed their business objectives. Through the VIA Gail is dedicated to promoting manufacturing and supporting the next generation of manufacturing leaders.
