Our area of specialty is in the innovative design and delivery of career and business support for independent workers. Our latest design project is The Branch Out Workshop Series that provides career support to non-traditional workers. This program is new to the Alberta career development industry, and will launch the fall of 2023. When we aren’t designing programs, we provide consultation to organizations on the design and development of career support for their client base. We also evaluate existing programming within organizations and help realign supports to better meet client outcomes and program deliverables.We also act as subject matter experts on small to large scale employment projects providing content and design expertise. In the past, our program design accomplishments have included designing language programs including FSL, EAL/ESL, intercultural training programs and international student programming. We moved into the career development training sphere in 2007 and have remained there since. However, our previous program design roots in language, culture and diversity influences our career development program design.
