My favorite aspect of my current job is soothing the ruffled feathers of frustrated customers who need assistance navigating through the process of constructing something safely and lawfully. In addition to my training as an architect and my experience as an administrative assistant in an office where many of the clients were developers, I also lived in Sandy Springs for ten years and obtained two building permits (as a homeowner) during that time. Additionally, I had the opportunity to train in the field for several months with a Sandy Springs Building Inspector. I can relate to my customers, whether they are homeowners, design professionals, developers, or contractors. Because I am willing to sit down and meet with people face-to-face, I am usually able to assure them that their issues can and will be resolved.

"Responsible Party"Family Aug 2007 - Mar 2015Asheville, Nc And Alpharetta, GaIn 2007, when it became obvious to friends and family alike that my mother had developed Alzheimer's disease, I assumed responsibility for her financial and healthcare needs. I educated myself through a variety of sources and made the difficult decisions necessary to provide the best possible care for her. Accompanying her on her journey into dementia was a powerful and awe-inspiring experience. I was blessed with truly wonderful advisers, from clergy to medical professionals to old family friends.
