Responsibilities included gathering requirements for a new product build, collaborating with the development team to navigate application constraints, and overseeing the implementation of UX/UI improvements to enhance user experience.TMX (Business Case)Provided UX expertise to develop a business case for the redesign and restructuring of TMX services. Key responsibilities included mapping the current system ("as-is" story map), conducting internal interviews to identify user goals, pain points, and daily bottlenecks, and uncovering weaknesses and opportunities for improvement. Delivered critical insights, a "to-be" user story map, and wireframes, presenting potential solutions to guide the project’s redesign.

Airbus (Flightlink Lift and Shift) - Lead UX Designer Led a current state UX heuristic review of the application and followed up with user interviews to explore pain points. Proceeded to complete affinity mapping to gain insights and provided a user story map and Jira backlog for future releases based on findings. Deliverables also included high fidelity prototypes of the application. Bombardier Inc. (OPO 2.0) - Lead UX Designer Led a team of developers and designers to complete the design of Bombardier’s Online Parts Ordering application. Duties included reviewing usability reports to produce high fidelity prototype designs using Figma and spearheading the integration of Figma’s design system to create reusable components and variants for quicker prototyping. Continued to test and develop using HTML and SCSS to ensure the application met design standards. Designs for this application were chosen to standardize and represent Bombardier across all its platforms. Bombardier Inc. (MX – myServiceVisit App) - Lead UX Designer Led the initial design of Bombardier’s international aircraft maintenance solution in Figma. The team relied heavily upon UX heuristics to prototype an easy-to-use mobile application to best suit the needs of busy users on the go. Ortho Clinical Diagnostics (Ortho Plus App Launcher) - UX Designer/Developer Led the design of Ortho Plus. An authorized client facing website. Completed personas, user experience diagrams, both low and high-fidelity prototypes for an unconventional, but well received application launcher based on the needs of both business and customer. Continued to develop an interactive prototype using HTML, and CSS for integration with WebSphere Portal.

Ortho Clinical Diagnostics (Global integration with WebSphere Portal) - UX Designer/Developer Provided heuristic analysis, and front-end development support in the transferral of Ortho's multinational, multilingual global site to WebSphere portal which resulted in over a half billion dollar increase in revenue for the India/China portal.Ortho Clinical Diagnostics (Assays Microsite) - UX Designer/Developer Conducted a design evaluation of screens intended to be used in responsive templates. Prepared a written analysis of findings and provided front end development of the templates and support through integration into WebSphere. Bombardier Inc. (MRO - Aircraft Maintenance System) - Lead UX Designer Responsible for the design, sketching, prototyping and front-end development for Bombardier’s international aircraft maintenance system.  Worked with IBM and WebSphere Architects to understand the capabilities and constraints of design integration with Maximo, an Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) software solution. Bombardier Inc. (Global integration with WebSphere Portal) - UX Designer Completed a UX heuristic analysis of the clients existing design, provided high fidelity designs which contributed to daily deliverables. Supported back-end developers with integration into portal. Bombardier Inc. (Digital Binder) - Lead UX Designer Provided a UX heuristic evaluation of the existing design, provided high fidelity designs to replace an in-house file management application to deliver a more useable and delightful experience across all devices. Bombardier Inc. (Newsletter) - Lead UX Designer Completed a competitor analysis which provided insights. Proceeded to create wireframes and high-fidelity designs for a responsive blog/newsletter application.  Bombardier Inc. (OPO) - UX Designer Responsible for modifying CSS to apply Bombardier branding to Bombardier’s Online Parts Ordering interface.
