Major accomplishments: Scrum Team Member | Implementation Consultant | Data Migration Lead I worked as a Business Analyst and Data Migration Lead to implement a Product Information Management (PIM) system (Riversand Technologies). The implementation was a key pre-requisite to launching a new B2C/B2B website designed to increase traffic, promote higher conversion rates and enhance search and browse capabilities. During the nine month project I was responsible for preparing four mock conversions which provided data to support User Acceptance Testing sessions.I collaborated with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and our vendor consultants to design a streamlined workflow to support data governance and standardization, new product add and attribution as well as catalog production. As a scrum team member I created user stories, participated in daily standup, sprint planning, review and retrospect meetings. I have a working knowledge of the scrum fundamentals and tools. Senior Consultant | Project Manager - Post Merger IntegrationOver a three year period I worked as a Senior Consultant on integration projects as part of an overall $200M Supply Chain network consolidation initiative. I led a cross-functional team over a six month period to transition approximately $180M of purchase order spend to a preferred supplier for a projected annualized savings of $40M. The team was responsible for analyzing the product mix, adjusting the stocking strategy and assuring inventory readiness prior to a phased rollout schedule of 12+ distribution centers.I managed a sku rationalization project with Merchandizing and Supply Chain to identify slow moving obsolete products to make room to stock more profitable go forward products. The results of this work drove a core stocking strategy and enabled customer conversion activities to begin.

Contributed to the successful and on-time completion of a 13-month, $7 million enterprise resource planning (ERP) implementation of Infor M3. As the data migration project manager, I designed and implemented a standardized, data conversion methodology. This methodology was used throughout the project to accurately and efficiently migrate legacy data. Moreover, my data migration expertise supported multiple project milestones, including user acceptance testing and mock go-live events. Migration data sets included: products, suppliers, pricing, inventory balances and open purchase orders.

In 2008 Staples acquired Corporate Express becoming the world’s largest provider of office products, and services ($23 B). Directed the efforts of a 17-person team to support all major integration activities including aligning 150,000+ SKUs to Staple’s standards.
