I am a certified life coach, founder of Path Onward Life Coaching, physician and TEDx speaker. My mission is to help women who are childless not by choice to live fulfilling and purposeful lives, by providing them with a safe and nurturing space to explore their emotions, redefine their identities, and discover new pathways to joy, personal growth, and wellness.As a woman who has gone through the journey of unwanted childlessness myself, I understand the complex emotions and challenges that come with this situation. I use empathetic guidance and effective coaching techniques to support my clients with strategies, tools, and resources to create personalized action plans and achieve realistic health and wellness goals. I also share my insights and expertise as a speaker and advocate for this community, raising awareness and challenging the stigma and assumptions that often surround childlessness.Women are judged by their fertility status. Not having children often comes with assumptions. People assume that this is a choice we’ve made. Or, if it's not a choice we made, then the assumption is that we didn't try hard enough because there are always options and anyone should be able to get pregnant. None of that is true. There aren’t options for everyone. Everyone's situation is different and there are a myriad of reasons why someone would be childless not by choice.People judge and shame and pity…no one wants any of that…some use the pain as a weapon to cause even more hurt.We're judged as selfish, untrustworthy, less than, not enough... The grief that comes with unwanted childlessness isn’t something many people understand. It’s not recognized as a "real loss". Inappropriate questions and comments are made. Boundaries are crossed. We’re told to “get over it”. As a certified life coach, I have a passion for supporting women who are childless not by choice to find the same healing and wholeness I discovered along the way. My mission is to inspire and empower women to live their best lives, regardless of their fertility status. I believe that every woman deserves to feel happy, healthy, and confident.
