The Chief of Staff will be assisting the Founder and CEO with the internal operations of Aureole Esports. They will also be in charge of overseeing each department, its members and their respective responsibilities.

Creative officers are volunteer Graphic Designers & Video Editors who can help with the org’s posters, banners, overlays, video edits and etc. They will be eligible to promote their paid services ( eg. themselves in any of the official AURE socials and discord server. Their logos will also be included in our official jerseys and any poster or banner designed by the Creative officers.

A community manager acts as the liaison between the organization and its audience. They act as the voice, tone, and moderator of the Aureole Esports brand through community support, content distribution, and digital engagement to build brand presence and trust on our available social media platforms. Our community managers are also the ones who can keep the server active and engage in activities and conversations with our server members. These volunteers are the ones who are willing to host community events and promote camarederie. In addition to that, the community staff will also be the ones working together with the Production Head & Staff in marshalling and handling the Aureole Pick-Up Games every week.
