After more than forty years in the satellite industry in Washington, D.C., I moved to Delaware to be closer to my parents, who are now in their 90s. After a couple years maintaining clients by commuting back and forth to D.C., I became interested in real estate following a major, and successful effort to find and move my parents to a new home. Old hips and stairs don't like each other! Shortly thereafter I got my realtor's license and signed on with Patterson Schwartz, the premier real estate brokerage here in Delaware.
